10 Dec Carols at Blackwell
A winter’s afternoon… in beautiful Blackwell overlooking Lake Windermere, and SCS once again rose to an occasion, and dazzled and shone with festive fervour… and fabulous singing! David Battersby played with his habitual excellence the period piano in the hall. Alas there were few to hear us, but we had a wonderful sing anyway. The sun also lit up the splendiferous views as well as illuminating the gorgeous rooms.
